Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
• U.S. healthcare billing regulations
• Data protection and privacy laws

5. Confidentiality

a. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client and patient information

b. All Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA

c. Data is never disclosed to unauthorized parties

d. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only

6. Payment Terms

• Fees and payment terms are defined in individual service agreements
• Clients agree to pay all applicable charges in a timely manner
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

7. Limitation of Liability

Medvocate Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes (e.g., revenue increases).
